InterSystems Health connect Expertise:

• Extensive experience and expertise in Intersystems HealthConnect integration technologies including indepth knowledge of Health Connect integration engine tools and best practices.
  
  
• Hands on expertise in Intersystem healthconnect/ healthshare/ Ensemble IRIS cache sql cache object script.
  

Leadership and Team Management:

• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and manage a team of integration engineers providing guidance mentorship and creating a collaborative work environment.
  

Integration Strategy and Planning:

• The ability to develop integration strategies roadmaps and prioritise integration projects in alignment with organizational goals and healthcare industry requirements.
  

Healthcare Data Standards:

• Indepth knowledge of healthcare data standards particularly HL7 and the ability to ensure compliance with these standards in integration solutions.
  

Project Leadership:

• Proven experience in leading integration projects from inception to completion with a focus on meeting quality standards timelines and budgetary constraints.
  
  

Secondary Skills:

Technical Guidance:

• Providing technical guidance and support to resolve complex integration challenges reviewing and approving integration designs mappings and transformations.
  

Quality Assurance:

• Ensuring the quality and adherence to industry standards and best practices in all integration projects conducting integration reviews and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Stakeholder Communication:

• Effective communication skills to communicate progress challenges and project status to stakeholders and senior management managing expectations and providing regular updates.
  

Scalability and Performance Optimization:

• Collaborating with the team to optimize integration solutions for performance and scalability implementing enhancements to accommodate growing data exchange requirements.
