Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans timelines and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure their effective implementation.
  
• Prepare and review engineering designs blueprints and technical documentation for various projects. Perform structural analysis to ensure designs meet safety durability and sustainability requirements.
  
• Monitor construction activities to verify compliance with design specifications safety standards and quality control measures.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections identify issues and work with contractors and project managers to resolve problems efficiently.
  
• Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements and ensure timely updates on project progress and challenges.
  
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits. Ensure compliance with local building codes environmental regulations and industry standards.
  
• Identify potential challenges during the project lifecycle and develop strategic solutions to minimize delays and cost overruns.
  
• Prepare and present progress reports project updates and risk assessments to stakeholders and senior management.
  
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams including architects surveyors and contractors to deliver highquality projects.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Masters degree is advantageous.
  
• At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering ideally with exposure to largescale construction projects.
  
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and proficiency in CAD software structural analysis tools and project management software.
  
• Strong problemsolving abilities and analytical mindset to handle complex engineering challenges.
  
• Effective communication and negotiation skills for managing stakeholders and project teams.
  
• Proven leadership skills to mentor junior staff and manage contractors.
  
• Strong project management and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
