Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Civil Engineer to oversee the planning design and execution of our construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have an indepth understanding of engineering standards project management and regulatory compliance. You will guide a multidisciplinary team to ensure that projects are completed on time within scope and under budget.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Civil Engineer to oversee the planning design and execution of our construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have an indepth understanding of engineering standards project management and regulatory compliance. You will guide a multidisciplinary team to ensure that projects are completed on time within scope and under budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan coordinate and oversee the implementation of various civil engineering projects ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and safety standards.
- Lead the design and development of project plans blueprints and technical documentation. Ensure that designs meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and mentor a team of engineers designers and technicians to drive project success. Provide regular training performance evaluations and career development.
- Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Manage client expectations and build longterm relationships.
- Ensure all projects meet government and industry standards including safety regulations environmental guidelines and quality controls.
- Allocate and manage resources including personnel equipment and materials to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruption.
- Provide regular status updates to senior management clients and stakeholders detailing project progress challenges and financial performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor s or Masters degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering with demonstrated success in a leadership or management role.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is required.
- Strong project management skills including budgeting scheduling and resource planning.
- Indepth understanding of engineering principles and design software (e.g. AutoCAD Civil 3D).
- Excellent leadership and teambuilding abilities.
- Effective client management and communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory and safety standards in Saudi Arabia.
- Analytical mindset with a problemsolving approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning. In-depth understanding of engineering principles and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D). Excellent leadership and team-building abilities. Effective client management and communication skills. Thorough knowledge of regulatory and safety standards in Saudi Arabia.
