- Ensure the proper functioning of all warehouses.
- Ensure the proper implementation of warehouse SOPs.
- Supervise warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and delivering finished goods.
- Supervise the organization and arrangement of the merchandise and shipments within the warehouse in a manner that facilitates their accessibility and simplifies their transport and handling within the warehouse minimizing and preventing any loss or damage.
- Plan and implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities.
- Optimize warehouse processes & SOPs to enhance productivity, efficieny and cost saving.
