Job Description:
As the Head of Sales at Meduit Labs you will lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies managing a team of sales professionals and fostering relationships with clients to drive business expansion. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills a proven track record of sales success and a deep understanding of the business consulting industry.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the founders to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the companys business objectives and revenue targets.
- Setup multiple sales funnels with paid cold content and partnership channels
- Hire lead and motivate a team of sales professionals providing guidance coaching and support to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.
- Drive new business development efforts by identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand our client base including prospecting networking and attending industry events.
- Monitor sales performance metrics analyze data and generate reports to track progress against targets identify areas for improvement and make informed strategic decisions.
- Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing operations and finance to ensure alignment and maximize the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
- Continuously assess and refine sales processes tools and techniques to optimize efficiency effectiveness and overall performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred. This is preferred not mandatory.
- and nbsp;At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the business consulting industry digital agency digital media or related fields.
- Should be a core relationship builder
- The existing network of digital clients in the network will be a plus
- Proven track record of driving sales growth exceeding targets and building highperforming sales teams.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of industry trends market dynamics and client needs.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.
- Resultsoriented mindset focusing on delivering tangible outcomes and driving business success.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for tracking analyzing and reporting sales performance.
