Job Description:


As the Head of Sales at Meduit Labs you will lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies managing a team of sales professionals and fostering relationships with clients to drive business expansion. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills a proven track record of sales success and a deep understanding of the business consulting industry.


Responsibilities:


  1. Collaborate with the founders to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the companys business objectives and revenue targets.
  2. Setup multiple sales funnels with paid cold content and partnership channels
  3. Hire lead and motivate a team of sales professionals providing guidance coaching and support to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
  4. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.
  5. Drive new business development efforts by identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand our client base including prospecting networking and attending industry events.
  6. Monitor sales performance metrics analyze data and generate reports to track progress against targets identify areas for improvement and make informed strategic decisions.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  8. Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing operations and finance to ensure alignment and maximize the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
  9. Continuously assess and refine sales processes tools and techniques to optimize efficiency effectiveness and overall performance.


Requirements:


  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred. This is preferred not mandatory.
  2. and nbsp;At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the business consulting industry digital agency digital media or related fields.
  3. Should be a core relationship builder
  4. The existing network of digital clients in the network will be a plus
  5. Proven track record of driving sales growth exceeding targets and building highperforming sales teams.
  6. Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of industry trends market dynamics and client needs.
  7. Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
  8. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.
  9. Resultsoriented mindset focusing on delivering tangible outcomes and driving business success.
  10. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for tracking analyzing and reporting sales performance.
  11. Leadership qualities including integrity accountability and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
