Overview:
As the Head of Sales and Marketing for a real estate company you will be responsible for leading and executing strategic initiatives to drive sales enhance brand visibility and maximize revenue. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in real estate sales marketing and leadership.

Responsibilities:

1.Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the companys overall objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and potential opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and marketing goals.

2.Sales Leadership:
Lead inspire and manage a highperforming sales team.
Establish sales targets monitor performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Provide training coaching and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and productivity.
3.Marketing Management:
Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote properties enhance brand awareness and attract potential buyers.
Utilize both traditional and digital marketing channels to reach target audiences.
Manage the creation of marketing collateral including brochures websites social media content and advertisements.

4.Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients real estate agents and industry stakeholders.
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5.Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze sales and marketing performance data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Prepare regular reports for senior management on key performance indicators market trends and sales forecasts.

6.Budget Management:
Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget ensuring costeffective strategies and optimal resource allocation.
Monitor expenses and ROI on marketing initiatives.

7.Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments such as finance operations and development to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization.
Collaborate with external agencies partners and vendors to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a highperformance team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Indepth knowledge of real estate market trends regulations and industry best practices.
Proficient in using CRM tools marketing automation and analytics platforms.
Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
