- Lead work in terms of leadership accountabilities and framework that underpins talent management decisions;
- Ensure the leadership development programmes align with and strengthen operations through effective collaboration and partnering with colleagues within the team, the HR Division and across the organization;
- Pioneer work in terms of career development guidance and tools;
- Define the scope and objectives of a leadership development approach, ensuring the designed solutions cater to leaders at all levels and roles across the organization;
- Ensure that career advancement systems are consistent, identify talent development needs and support colleagues to further enhance their leadership and people management skills, through collaborating with colleagues in the broader HR team;
