Reporting to the Global Director for Communications & Engagement you will act as a member of the People & Culture team, whilst being embedded in our Product & Innovation business area, with a dotted line reporting to our Chief Product & Innovation

  • Developing a multi-channel approach to driving communications and engagement
  • Championing the transformation vision of our Chief Product & Innovation Officer
  • Develop stakeholder maps and engagement points to ensure key or impacted people across the business are being bought along the transformation journey
  • Drive story telling from those involved in the transformation across all career levels, customers, clients and
  • Building and owning an editorial calendar for key touch points
  • Developing and delivering our internal communications and employee engagement strategy and plan, bringing our strategy to life for our people, telling our stories, celebrating success and driving a high performing, purpose-driven culture
  • As a member of the Emergency Management Team, you will be responsible for internal crisis communications
  • Act as a true business partner to provide support to our senior leadership team on how to maximise the impact of their leadership in order to increase visibility and trust and engagement
  • Advising stakeholders on transformation, content, channels and leadership communications best practice and planning, to ensure alignment across Collinson for key transformation programmes
  • Gathering insight and feedback surrounding all internal communications and people engagement activities; feeding into the monthly reporting cycle and elevating key trends and insights
  • Focus on supporting Collinson s diversity agenda within the business area

How will you add value?

  • Experience in supporting transformation activity
  • Connected leader with the ability to influence teams and campaigns in matrix environments
  • Experienced and senior communications expert, able to advise senior business leaders on their transformation, engagement and leadership communications strategy
  • Creative thinker able to think outside of the box to identify and drive creative solutions to problems and spot opportunities to drive advocacy of internal comms and employee engagement
  • Excellent stakeholder management ability
  • Ability to communicate complicated, multi-faceted plans to senior audiences in clear ways
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience leading and mobilising teams during periods of change
  • Significant experience designing and implementing communications campaigns and employee engagement initiatives across a broad range of channels, both on and offline (experience with Workplace, SharePoint and Office365 would be a significant advantage)
  • Experience delivering high-quality and engaging communications campaigns and initiatives that bring an organisation s purpose, values and behaviours to life
  • Excellent writing and editorial skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously within a dynamic business
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Proactive, assertive and able to use initiative
  • Ability to work strategically and hands-on with a desire to find solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with diplomacy
  • Highly experienced with Office applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent by experience
