- Conservation design development (architectural and engineering)
- Site / construction management
- Budget and finances
- Stakeholder engagement including local government and community
- Team management
- Fundraising support / donor liaison / reporting
- Given the early stages of the project all the above elements can be managed by the Head of Built Heritage supported by a small team. As the project grows the Head of Built Heritage will need to recruit a broader team, and as such the role will grow with the project.
