PRINCIPAL
ACCOUNTABILITIES/ MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Monthly standard cost sheet of products.

· Monthly actual cost sheet of products.

· Customer PO Price to match with Costing of
Product and RM price Movement.

· Monthly product-wise contribution chart to know the
most or least profitable product.

· Product-wise consumption of RMC and Reconciliation
with Actual Purchase value.

· Monthly variance report along with suggestions to
mitigate or minimize adverse variance in consumption.

· Controlling inventory.

· Quotation for new components for marketing

· Calculating and reviewing of MHR of machines.

· Efforts to explore areas of cost control and cost
reduction.

· Plan and record variable costs (purchases of raw
material and operations costs)

· Prepare (monthly, quarterly, and annual) cost
forecasts.

· Assisting in month-end and year-end closing.

· Maintenance of cost records and details of all plants
in such a manner so as to ascertain the cost of product in the right way and in
time.

· Updating of landed rates of raw materials, bought-out
parts, packing materials, and consumables etc.

· Setting of cost standards of consumable items and
power & fuel of all plants on the basis of historical data analysis

· Time & Motion study to ascertain the accurate
cycle time of each operation.

· Validating and keeping all BOMs for ready reference
and updating the same whenever any change happened.
