We are looking a dynamic sales leader who has held PAN India level responsibilities and has managed large volume P&L for a leading electronic & computers devices distributors in India


Location :- Chennai/ Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Delhi NCR/ Noida/ Gurgoan/Pune


Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for managing team of sales professionals in driving organizational goals, synchronizing with different fucntions, across geographies

2. Managing strategic relationships with key vendors, channel partners / regional distributors and retail stakeholders.

3. Deploying and driving achievement of revenue, collection and stock management targets for the android mobility business.

4. Identify potential new brands and sign up for both distribution and services, if any.

5. Responsible for formulating effective national sales strategies for android mobile products. Also, Create capable partner network for new innovative ways and means to take the business to next level

&. Heading the sales of Android Mobiles, TV's, wearbles, etc.,


Key Responsibilities:

1 Strategies for Android Mobile:

Develop a long-term strategic plan- for android mobile business, in terms of - Customer Acquisition strategy, Marketing and Branding strategy, Platform strategy, Operating Model and Supply Chain Management



2 Business Development:

a. Develop new business models, partnerships, other commercial agreements with Corporate customers to expand footprint and grow business qualitatively and quantitatively across India.

b. New products launch and plan sales for expanding the business


3 Engagement:

Engage with vendors, suppliers and various other stakeholders to design, develop innovative engagement models. Set up a very responsive customer relations process with a long-term view of developing customer experience through product/service enhancements.


4 Customer Experience and Retention:

a. Drive internal processes / operations focused on customer empathy and delivering superior customer experience

b. Develop tactical and strategic campaigns for customer acquisition and retention


5 Digital Platform Initiatives:

Drive platform initiatives of the organization. Bring maximum partner to trade through the platform and ensure there is good customer experience, so as to develop repeat business and higher adoption of platform by partners.


6 Technology

a. Familiar with latest and high-tech areas like analytics and artificial intelligence.

b. Adopt the latest technology in business and ensures the latest tech innovations reached the target markets faster.

c. Possess the understanding to develop a strong end to end digital business model


7 Alliances

a. Create capable partner network for new innovative ways and means to take the business to next level

b. Alliances and long-term alignment with key accounts


8 People Leader

Display strong leadership, team building, project-management and delegation skills. As a leader, the incumbent should be able to hire, develop, train and build a high-performing team that efficiently aligns and delivers the Andriod Business strategy.



Selection Critieria


1 Good understanding of the mobility buisness and its ecosystem

2 Should possess understanding of the sales, distribution and channel management process in the mobility buisness

3 Good understanding of the technology, features and products in the mobility space.

4 Understanding of cutomer behaviour and choices, when it comes to mobility.

5 Excellent in communication and articulation of the products


Experience


Working experience of around 15 - 18 years and last 3 years in leadership roles
