Job Summary:
The Manager / Assistant Manager (Sales & Business Development) plays a crucial role in building and growing the Qylis legacy in their respective region. This is a Field sales role wherein you would be required to meet existing and new clients lead the complete Sales & Business development engagement in your assigned Region Promote the entire range of Qylis products & Services offerings Take control of the entire sales cycle exhibit a dedicated commitment to customer satisfaction showcase highest standards of professionalism and display a relentless pursuit of excellence in every facet of the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- This role entails selling IT Products & Services in your designated Region.
- Meet and Engage with Clients daily to promote Qylis Products & Services offerings and to Close / win orders.
- Demonstrated success in building relationships with CXO s and ability to drive complex Deals.
- Maintaining a close relationship with clients both CXO level as well as other levels.
- Build a strong healthy and qualified pipeline / Opportunities Funnel and constantly add new opportunities / leads to the pipeline.
- Sales Closure and Achievement of the assigned Sales and Collections Target as per the stipulated timelines.
- Build a healthy mix of clients Partners Influencers Consultants ISV s and Ensure that new Orders / Business and Pipeline is regularly generated.
- Managing customer expectations and objection handling.
- Maximize revenue by Upselling / cross selling.
- Plan & have daily Client meetings and ensure maximum penetration of Qylis Brand in your region.
- SelfDriven and Take complete ownership to drive the Sales Cycle endtoend.
- Understand the competition landscape and be aware of what is happening in your Territory.
- Work with customers to identify & build business requirements.
- Actively engage & support in Post Sales activities like Invoice Delivery Payment collection Handling Customer escalations Coordinating between Client and various Qylis Teams etc.
- Constantly put effort to learn about new IT Technologies and Solutions.
- Take proactive responsibility on Sales & Business Development initiatives in your assigned Territory.
- Willingness to Travel as per business requirements.
Qualifications
- A Management degree or equivalent combined with relevant industry experience in IT Sales / IT Sales consulting role.
- The ideal candidate should have 5 to 8 years of TechnoCommercial Field Sales experience in Sales and Business Development of IT Services & Products.
- Experience in Identifying and Scouting for Leads Maintaining a close relationship with the Clients in your assigned Territory.
- Great communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken English and also the local language in your base location.
- Industry relevant Training / Certifications would be an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate with a variety of different audiences and strong presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to discuss and explain technical solutions with respect to customer business requirements.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
