Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced Hardwood Flooring Installers to join our team in Indianapolis IN. As a Hardwood Flooring Installer at Jack Laurie Group you will be responsible for installing and finishing hardwood floors according to industry standards and customer specifications. This position offers the opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the creation of beautiful longlasting flooring solutions for commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
Measure and cut hardwood flooring materials to fit designated spaces
Install hardwood flooring using appropriate tools and techniques
Ensure accuracy and precision in all installations including proper alignment and spacing
Sand stain and finish hardwood floors to achieve desired appearance and durability
Inspect work for quality control and make any necessary adjustments or repairs
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations always
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in hardwood flooring installation
Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to hardwood flooring installation and finishing
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments
