WHAT YOULL GET TO DO:

We are looking to hire a Growth Partner Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in the Americas! This candidate would ideally be located in So Paulo Brazil! You will be working on the global expansion of our distribution network in the global market focusing on the Americas. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone craving ownership with an eagerness to have a huge impact on a fastgrowing scaleup in the B2B SaaS space!

AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL:

  • Recruit manage and maintain referral sales partners.
  • Be the interface between external partners and internal teams.
  • Provide holistic support to sales partners from acquisition to ongoing support in achieving targets.
  • Further develop existing partners and customer relationships.
  • Implement crosscountry best practice approaches.
  • Report results directly to the Head of Sales
  • Manage administrative tasks such as appointment coordination correspondence and documentation.
  • Be responsible for information management editorial work and preparation of relevant documents.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales e.g. field sales telesales or professional experience in account management.
  • You have experience in international B2B partner sales. Industry experience in IT construction or real estate is a plus.
  • You have excellent spoken and written Portuguese and English skills (requirement).
  • You are very comfortable working with technical equipment and quickly pick up new software.
  • You have pleasure in customer contact and a strong customer orientation.
  • You are a team player sociable salesoriented and interculturally proficient.
  • You enjoy traveling for work.
  • You enjoy solving problems and supporting your clients.
