- Identify, scope and execute growth experiments across different channels to achieve key business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and other business functions to transform ideas into compelling and personalized messages and product experiences.
- Build campaigns and initiatives at scale while ensuring that they are aligned and relevant for local execution.
- Optimize the marketing funnel from awareness through retention.
- Develop, optimize and scale key growth channel initiatives including paid ads, social channels and email marketing.
