- Coordinating and managing group bookings and meetings/ Events at the hotel.
- Liaising with clients to understand their needs and preferences for events.
- Negotiating contracts and rates with clients, ensuring profitability for the hotel.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as Sales and Catering, to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Managing logistics and details of events, including room setup, audiovisual equipment, and catering.
- Handling administrative tasks related to booking, contracts, and billing.
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitor offering to remain competitive in the market.
- Uploading brand standard and policies to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
- Escort group guest as necessarily and meets group leaders on regular basis to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
