As the Group Lead TAG at Trinus Corporation you will play a crucial role in our recruitment team overseeing the entire recruitment process for technical positions. We are seeking a candidate who is techsavvy processoriented and has a proven track record of understanding and optimizing recruitment metrics. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills be a taskmaster and exhibit exceptional problemsolving abilities. While prior recruitment experience is beneficial we value inquisitiveness and a willingness to learn about both technical and processoriented aspects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate a strong understanding of technical roles and associated skills allowing for effective evaluation and selection of candidates 2. Process Optimization: Analyze and refine recruitment processes to enhance the efficiency and quality of candidate selection. 3. Metrics and Performance Management: Establish and monitor recruitment KPIs providing regular reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement. 4. Quick Grasping of Processes: Display an ability to swiftly understand and adapt to various recruitment processes even in unfamiliar technical domains. 5. Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and completeness in candidate documentation job postings and related recruitment materials. 6. OutoftheBox Thinking: Generate innovative recruitment strategies and approaches to attract top talent. 7. Mathematical Aptitude: Utilize quantitative analysis to assess candidate suitability and forecast recruitment outcomes. 8. Shift Requirement: Be available for PST shift to accommodate interactions with US clients and candidates. 9. Communication Skills: Effectively engage with USbased clients and candidates demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any ITrelated field is desirable. Total experience: Min 7 years ; 3 years of experience in any Tech / IT program 3 years as a Team Leader or Manager in any function. Proven track record of processoriented thinking and ability to understand technical programs. Familiarity with recruitment metrics and performance management or capability to derive metrics based on process flow. Strong mathematical aptitude. Proficiency in specific tools/software is a plus but not mandatory. Attributes: Inquisitive and eager to learn about technical and processoriented topics. Taskoriented with exceptional organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and problemsolve. Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Adaptability and willingness to work in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
