Ground Courier Leader

The QAR is responsible to verify the product quality of our machines and evaluate the supplier delivery The QAR can demand and coordinate additional activities to ensure fulfillment of the Additionally the QAR authorizes the product delivery from the production unit to the process or end

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

• Investigate and address quality issues: root cause, corrective and preventive actions
  
• Coordinate material disposition of non-comforming product: rework, replacement, acceptance under deviations
  
• Perform inspections of materials in accordance to drawings and standards
  
• Daily interfacing with internal departments and suppliers
  
• Perform Final Inspections of finished machines
  
• Implement and further improve measures regarding quality assurance
  
• Systematically follow-up on quality problems to ensure verification of effectiveness (internally and with suppliers)
  
• Responsible to escalate issues if no adequate or effective measures are initiated
  
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
  

Requirements

• Associate Degree
  
• Minimum two years experience in quality control in the parts/components manufacturing
  
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, detailed knowledge of GD&
  
• Experience with measuring equipment and detailed knowledge of inspection
  
• Good inter-personal skills, attention to details, organizational skills in a fast paced environment and ability to use a computer and standard software packages (MS Office)
