- Bachelor's degree in design, fine arts or related field
- Fresh graduate - Up to three years of experience is desirable
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, infographics and typography
- Excellent creativity and attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of logo design, advertising and branding principles
- Good knowledge of pre-printing processes and requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent project management skills and adherence to deadlines while maintaining quality work
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design work
- Proficiency in English
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Well-versed in social media platforms and current trends
- Additional skills such as drawing, freehand illustration, photography, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe XD, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro and UI/UX design are a plus
