- Participate in presenting new ideas, campaigns, as a member of the marketing team.
- Coordinate all administrative aspects of production, including preparing final designs for presentation, checking and approving color, copy, text format separations, and scaling images for print production.
- Create graphic materials by using technology, including computer software programs. Adobe's Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, after effect and more.
- Design, production, and layout of email distributions, microsites, digital banners (for internal and external platforms and websites like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and the Institute website), and print any related publications thereof.
- Design materials such as brochures, ads, leaflets, booth designs, brand identity material.
- Providing photoshoots sessions, video shoots, and motion graphics when needed.
- Cover the events created by the Institute when needed.
