Graphic Designer Intern

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visual aspects of marketing materials websites and other media by using Adobe Suite
• Collaborate with the design team to understand and execute design concepts
• Present ideas concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders
• Brainstorm and mockup design ideas for various projects
• Meet with clients or the art director to determine the scope of a project
• Improve and maintain the companys image through visually appealing designs
• Manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail
• Assist with photo and video editing projects as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovative graphic design techniques
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design efficient solutions
• Stay current and innovative with design software and tools
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing tasks as needed
• Comply with company standards for layout fonts and styling
• Assist with video production as needed
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree or working towards a Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
• Experience with typography and layout design
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable receiving design feedback and making revisions
• Basic understanding of HTML CSS and web design principles
• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated creativity and originality in design work
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Problemsolving skills with a cando attitude
• Proactive and able to take initiative on projects
• Passion for design and eagerness to learn and grow in the field
• Ability to accept and apply constructive criticism from peers and management
