- Strategically focusing on targeted priority opportunities (in Jordan, USA, and elsewhere) ranked in priority order in discussion with GPS and Development and Partnerships Director
- Developing proposal plans, timelines, and templates in compliance with specific donor requirements to effectively coordinate between departments and ensure timely submission of proposals and reports
- Researching background materials (including country context analyses, country strategies, previous proposals, donor strategies, reports, and research studies), and gathering input of Programmes Department and GFP Delegates and Pioneers to produce relevant, informed, and locally responsive proposals and reports
- Developing and using in-depth knowledge of GFP programs, including values, approach, and impact, to describe persuasively to donors, partners, and stakeholders
