Roles and Responsibilities
1.Must be observant should be able to spot occurrences out of the ordinary or identify and be curious about something which they have not come across before. They must have a hunger to learn.
2. Should have technical knowledge about printing mechanism types of printing measurement instruments like vernier basic knowledge about unit conversions. Packaging knowledge is added advantage.
3. Must be disciplined punctual planned and proactive. If person is proactive and has a goal in mind they will have a burning desire to learn how to have the above qualities and we will help them grow.
4. Good communication skill must always have a diary to note down points listening before speaking accepting if they dont know something and responding instead of reacting.
5. Eager to learn analytical skills. Should be able to guesstimate basis assumptions. Should have basic street smartness like negotiations politeness.
6.Prefereded if they have experience of manufacturing industry Printing & Packaging/Automobile/ Sheet Metal/ Medical Industry.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma/ B.Tech (Mechanical/ Printing & Packaging Technology)
Thorough understanding of technology technical Role and technical skill.
Required Skill :
1. MS Office (Excel VLOOKUP XLOOKUP INDEX SUMIF Conditional formatting Pivot table Word Index creation Page Break Power point presentation Linking graphs with excel )
2.Good interpersonal skill & communication skill.
