Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead sales and marketing of AUDIO products across Indonesia including team development sales training and product placement in stores.
  • Formulate sales strategies explore new markets analyze competitors and oversee sales activities to meet targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations presentations negotiations and provide consultative solutions to clients.
  • Map potential customer distribution in targeted regions.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data providing insights to the company.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets build relationships with traditional channel stores resellers retailers and master dealers.
  • Collaborate with product managers for product lifecycle management.
  • Work closely with the online retail/ecommerce team and sales marketing team for promotional and branding activities.
  • Travel to various cities in Indonesia to expand potential markets and manage branch revenue on a national scale.
  • Innovate and develop programs to achieve work targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the AUDIO product field from wellknown brands.
  • Proficiency in sales processes and methods for fastmoving products.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Skilled in basic computer programs (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.).
  • Willingness to travel for business and make decisive decisions in complex environments.
  • Strong selfmotivation competitiveness goaloriented mindset leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication presentation sales negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Availability to work until Saturday from 08:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
