To support our Global Marketing Team we are seeking a colleague located in Sassenheim (hybrid) as

Global Product Manager Dispensing Equipment

Being the Global Product Manager at Fluid Management you will set the direction vision and execution path throughout the product life cycle and manage multiple priorities in the overall New Product Development process. You act as the leader of the entire product strategy and manage a variety of marketing projects.

YOUR TASKS

• Set the direction on the Global portfolio executed regionally with local stakeholders.
• Profitably grow the portfolio of solutions integrating across product development functional partners commercial and service teams.
• Analyze market trends and opportunities translate them into winning business strategies and lead coordinated execution with high accountability for results.
• Refine and own the vision strategy and innovation roadmap for your solution.
• Lead the Tollgate/Gate Process to translate business opportunities into successful projects.
• Collaborate cross functionally with Engineering Commercial and Finance regarding multiple initiatives like product improvements quality etc.
• Contribute in trade show activities by participating and collecting VOC.

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Industrial Design Engineering or similar field.
• Work experience in product management in the industrial or engineering B2B industry.
• Track record and experience in VOC New Product Development & Launch GotoMarket Tollgate / Stage gate Process Product Pricing Strategy and Technical and Marketing content creation.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence crossfunctional relationships with both internal and external partners.
• Experience in managing project timelines and estimating potential risks.
• Data driven and analytical problemsolving skills.
