We seek dedicated individuals to join our Customer Success Department and contribute to our mission.
We seek a Customer Success Manager (CSM) with B2B customer experience to support our Benelux market. The ideal future employee is fluent in French and Dutch and has a professional working proficiency in English.
As a CSM at Smartvatten you will focus on onboarding new customers understanding their needs and advising them on water efficiency. This role does not involve any sales but requires excellent communication skills and crossfunctional collaboration with our sales and marketing teams.

Start Date: From the 5th of August to the 1st of October is preferred but not mandatory. The onboarding period is 2 months and after onboarding you are expected to perform daily tasks and target individual bonuses based on KPIsonboarding new customers.
