Customer Success Manager (French & Dutch speaking)

By joining us you will help shape the future of sustainable water management optimize water efficiency and enhance sustainability practices. We seek dedicated individuals to join our Customer Success Department and contribute to our mission.

Position Overview:

We seek a Customer Success Manager (CSM) with B2B customer experience to support our Benelux market. The ideal future employee is fluent in French and Dutch and has a professional working proficiency in English.

As a CSM at Smartvatten you will focus on onboarding new customers understanding their needs and advising them on water efficiency. This role does not involve any sales but requires excellent communication skills and crossfunctional collaboration with our sales and marketing teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding new customers
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Assisting customers in implementing our technology and services
  • Acting as a customer advocate ensuring their needs are met
  • Helping customers maximize the value of our service
  • Data maintenance and administration


What Were Looking For:
  • Experience in B2B customerfacing roles (customer success customer service)
  • Exceptional proficiency in French and Dutch with professional English skills
  • Additional language skills (e.g. German Spanish or Italian) are advantageous
  • Strong time management flexibility and adaptability
  • Handson mentality commitment and eagerness to learn
  • Collaborative mindset comfortable working across departments

  2. Potentially meet the Hiring Manager: Participate in a 4560 minute discussion with Julia van den Bergh Customer Success Manager.
  3. Meet the Team: Spend 30 minutes meeting your future team members such as Liza Kooijman.
  4. Offer and Welcome: Join the Smartvatten team and start making a positive impact!

Start Date: From the 5th of August to the 1st of October is preferred but not mandatory. The onboarding period is 2 months and after onboarding you are expected to perform daily tasks and target individual bonuses based on KPIsonboarding new customers.
