- Support all GIS/ hydraulic modelling related activities in the different PMD Directorates and WAJ units requesting assistance.
- Provide an inventory of all existing applications and tools and assess reasons for success and/or failure.
- Assessment of already produced reports about the present situation, prepared by experts from different consulting firms and organizations like, a proposal of how to develop the future under consideration of these reports.
- Facilitate the exchange of data and improve cooperation among the various units, as well as to develop proposals for regular and standardized updating procedures.
- Development of analysis tools and standardized reports to support decision makers with relevant data and information not available at the present stage.
- Technical assistance to the concerned contractual parties in development of adequate monitoring and reporting arrangements, enabling decision makers to decide on problem oriented and timely solutions at an early stage.
- Open minded personality to study and implement innovative solutions to improve water sector performance with specific background on non-revenue-water reduction and energy efficiency.
- Actively participate in PMD-internal or external committee works
- Actively promote team work and make optimal use of expertise available within PMD.
