- Hands on experience into Genesys Composer SCXML Workflow development including ECMA Script HTTP Rest SCXML State etc is mandatory
- Good Handson experience with Genesys Config/Management layers Routing layer GVP SIP layer/Media layer.
- Expertise on Genesys Rules System and Development of Rules using Genesys Rules Developer Tool (GRDT) and provisioning of rules using GRAT (Genesys Rules Authoring Tool)
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to troubleshoot any complex issues around Genesys config/management layers routing layer Genesys SIP media server and ICON/Info Mart.
- Knowledge on Genesys Inter Application communication (PureEngage) such as Messaging between ORS and URS such as InvokeFunctionalModule methods such as SCXMLSubmit SCXMLQueueQuery etc .
