Title: Data Analyst for Genesys Telephony System
Work location: Telecommute
Work hours: 9am to 5pm (ET) with occasional after hours work during go live support for implementation.
Position background:
Ideal candidate background: Knowledge of Pureconnect to Genesys Cloud CX support with broad knowledge of Genesys applications and best practices.
Skills/attributes preferred: Certifications and experience directly with implementation of Genesys migrations to the Cloud.
Does this position require a professional license or certification: Would desire a Genesys certified person so that they can directly open support tickets.
