Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand business objectives related to contact center operations and customer experience.
• Design and architect Genesys solutions tailored to meet client needs including integration with RabbitMQ messaging systems.
• Implement configure and customize Genesys components such as PureEngage PureConnect or PureCloud to achieve desired functionality.
• Develop and deploy custom applications connectors and integrations to extend the capabilities of Genesys platforms.
• Integrate Genesys solutions with Cloud IaaS platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud ensuring scalability reliability and security.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during implementation testing and deployment phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Genesys configurations RabbitMQ messaging and Cloud IaaS infrastructure.
• Conduct performance tuning optimization and monitoring of Genesys solutions to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization.
• Document technical designs configurations and procedures and provide training to client teams as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends best practices and emerging technologies related to Genesys RabbitMQ and Cloud IaaS.
