As a General Manager in a dynamic engineering HVAC service company you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency overseeing operations and contributing to overall success. Your responsibilities will span various aspects of our business including managing budgets and costing and ensuring financial viability. Responsibilities
Project Leadership:
- Plan and execute strategies for completing servicing projects on time.
- Propose and manage budgets and costing for servicing projects.
- Manage the operation of multiple service teams.
Profit and Loss (P&L) Responsibility:
- Monitor net income after expenses for the department or organization.
- Influence resource allocation to optimize financial outcomes.
- Approve new projects based on financial viability.
- Implement effective costcutting procedures.
- Ensure every program generates a positive return on investment (ROI).
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure compliance and drive integrity in daily business.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to the teams.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to deliver servicing projects on schedule and within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in engineering management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong analytical communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to drive results manage budgets and foster a culture of excellence.
