- The employee will facilitate and lead discussions on a daily basis regarding gender transformative activities.
- The employee will conduct workshops and trainings on concepts related to Engaging Men and Boys in Emergency (EMBiE), Program Y, Social Analysis and Action and other relevant methodologies as needed.
- The employee will be responsible for ensuring that the (EMBiE), Program Y curriculums, Social Analysis and Action and other relevant methodologies are followed but are also tailored and made relevant to participants’ interests and needs.
- The employee will support participants in developing social campaigns, and conduct outreach activities.
- The employee will be responsible for ensuring that dialogue within the group is respectful, constructive, and promotes a safe space to share different opinions.
