Fullstack Team Leader

• Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the fullstack team consisting of 5 developers.
  • Manage projects in Python/Django leveraging container technology (Docker) ORM libraries PostgreSQL employing a 100% cloudbased microservices architecture.
  • Spearhead the entire technical life cycle of projects during development including task breakdown time estimation workload management setting timelines and monitoring project progress.
  • Collaborate with team members offering technical guidance to ensure the development of reusable testable and efficient code yielding lowlatency highavailability and performant applications.
  • Execute individual project components across the development life cycle encompassing implementation testing deployment and maintenance.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the CTO.
• Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience managing tech teams.
  • Proficiency in ObjectOriented Python Development.
  • Advanced database skills for creating schemas supporting business processes.
  • Over 5 years of experience as a web developer.
  • Sound understanding of frontend technologies like JavaScript HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Familiarity with accessibility and security compliance.
  • Proficient in code versioning tools particularly Git and comfortable with Git branching models such as Git Flow.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities capable of delivering under pressure and within deadlines.
  • Strong problemsolving skills creativity and a passion for learning.
  • Advanced English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in the Fintech industry is advantageous.
