The Teambarometer, our HR software, helps us revolutionize collaboration in workplaces of different organizations. Our customer base consists of 40+ B2B customers in CH & DE with over 20 000 active users. We enable companies to take an important step towards digitalization and culture development.

Tasks

Your future job

You are part of a young, dynamic and highly motivated team and work on the further development of our SaaS application. You will be responsible for developing new features and optimizing our platform. Not only that, but you are also helping to design and maintain a clean solution architecture. You will be strongly involved in the strategic processes right from the start and will have a lot of freedom in the implementation.

Requirements

What we re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
  • You have 2+ years of project experience in software engineering and practical experience in frontend development
  • Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
  • Knowledge of JavaScript language like Vue.js, React, Angular
  • Knowledge of Vue and Vuetify is a plus
  • Good English skills are a must, German is an advantage
  • You are creative, and have an eye for good UX and designs (Experience in design is a plus)
  • You feel comfortable in a dynamic startup environment
  • Work permit B (EU-Citizens)

Work environment

In our experience, a healthy balance of remote and on-site work is the best solution to ensure a good work environment for the whole team. Therefore, we would like you to be able to come into the office from time to time. This means that we ll only consider applicants who live in Switzerland or nearby.

We are a fast growing, self funded startup and want to be transparent: At the moment we can offer you an entry salary of CHF 4500.- in cash. To meet the market salary for this position, we offer you exclusive company shares as compensation with a huge upside potential.
