In this role you will lead the development and management of cuttingedge collaboration and workplace technologies tailored to meet the unique demands of the nuclear industry. This is a critical opportunity to shape our IT landscape ensuring robust secure and efficient operations.

What you will do:

• Serve as the primary contact for all collaboration and workplace technology discussions related to our strategic nuclear IT project.
• Oversee and manage the implementation of modern workplace solutions including Microsoft Intune and Autopilot while maintaining integration with traditional SCCM environments.
• Ensure the adaptation and deployment of groupwide IT standards to fulfill the specific requirements of the nuclear division.
• Coordinate with the nuclear divisions project team to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with strict regulatory standards.
• Provide expert guidance on Microsoft 365 tenant migrations and configurations within a multitenant environment.

What you bring & who you are:

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 4 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and Client Engineering with a strong focus on architecture design patterns and Microsoft security solutions.
• Extensive experience in managing and integrating IT solutions in regulated sectors preferably within the nuclear energy or other highcompliance industries.
• Demonstrated capability in managing complex IT projects and collaborating across various organizational levels.
• Excellent communication analytical skills and fluency in English and German. Certifications in Microsoft technologies are advantageous.
