Requirements


  • Fluent in French

  • Background or Experience in Sales or Business Development

  • Computer literate

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent organisational and costing skills

  • Sound geographical knowledge, both locally and internationally

  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to reach sales targets

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Have good networking abilities

Responsibilities

  • Meet clients in person to assess their houses, furniture, and provide quotations.

  • Coordinating the moving process, including obtaining boxes and other packing materials and scheduling movers

  • Arranging for home inspections and other pre-move inspections of the client s current residence and new residence

  • Developing a plan for conducting the move, which may include finding a mover, packing belongings, and arranging for transportation of items to the new location

  • Understand, read, and anticipate the market and clients needs to design and deliver innovative, customised value adding solutions to the portfolio of clients.

  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds clients expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.

  • Maintenance of expert knowledge on specific products, pricing, application procedure, processing, and timelines in order to drive and achieve relevant sales targets.

  • Contact prospective clients and sell appropriate products in order to achieve sales targets.

  • Track, control, and influence sales activities with the specific aim to achieve previously determined sales targets in line with quality, productivity and sales requirements.
