About The Job

We are seeking a handson FP&A Manager to join a PEbacked Tech company. to support the Group Controlling/FP&A Team.

Responsibilities

• Independently generate monthly reports for investors banks and Clevel executives.
• Participate in and contribute to the organizationwide planning process including financial plans forecasts and budgets.
• Technically optimize existing reporting systems and further develop reporting structures such as creating dashboards using Power BI.
• Produce adhoc analyses for investors and management.
• Continuously monitor financial and operational key performance indicators providing appropriate reporting and actionable recommendations.
• Assist in evolving controlling instruments management reports and controlling processes.
• Conduct target/actual analysis of strategic initiatives in collaboration with specialized departments.
• Provide support in M&A activities.

Requirements

Required Experience

• Experience in transaction services or private equity environment.
• Demonstrate high IT proficiency excellent skills in Excel (Financial Modeling Power BI Power Query) and Power Point. Knowledge of SAP FI/CO and experience with various BI/reporting systems (e.g. Jedox SAP BW) is advantageous.
• Display a proactive approach to implementing activities and projects in a dynamic environment.
• Work in an analytical and structured manner with a strong affinity for numbers.
• Be fluent in German and English.
