Our mission is to transform interactions with property managers or landlords into straightforward positive experiences through our plugandplay conversational AI service. Were bridging the gap between generic ChatGPT applications and intricate clickbot solutions.

Join an experienced founding team with complementary skills in Business Development & AI along with a growing team of specialists all from your preferred remote location in Germany

Tasks

As a Founder Associate you will enjoy a high degree of independence and ownership serving as the righthand and sparring partner to our two founders. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing company reporting and managing our claims & reimbursement segment.
  • Supporting investor relations e.g. preparing and conducting board meetings
  • Taking charge of daily operations gaining firsthand experience in building a successful product and establishing an organization from the ground up.
  • Collaborating with the team on various strategic product marketing operational and financerelated tasks from initial concept to implementation.
  • Hiring necessary support to manage and complete specific tasks and projects once they reach a certain stage of development and reallocating your efforts to other areas as needed.

Requirements

  • Academic background: Graduated or soon graduating from a toptier university.
  • Language: German language skills at native speaker level (is a must).
  • Problem solving skills: You are an adept problem solver and can approach complex problems from different angles.
  • Ambition and willingness to learn: You are highly motivated to turn ideas into action and continuously strive to learn new things and take on challenges.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to navigate and respect diverse cultural business practices.
  • ResultOriented: Focus on achieving measurable outcomes and results. Ability to manage complex inner and crosscorporate complexities and intricacies.
  • Strong financial modeling skills are a plus

Our hiring process consists of three stages which can be completed within two weeks:

  1. Get to know each other: This initial conversation is an opportunity for us to introduce you to Managbl and ensure your enthusiasm about joining our team. Well also assess whether our expectations align. This interview will be conducted by Mario CoFounder & CEO.
  2. Challenge and discussion: In this stage youll have to prepare a little challenge and present it to Mario
  3. Final Conversation: This final talk will take place with Amos CoFounder and CTO.
