For the Baia di Chia Resort Sardinia Curio Collection by Hilton,we are looking for aFood& BeverageManagerto join the team!

The ideal candidate will be an engaging andenergetic leaderwith the ability to inspirecreativityand has a talent fortraininganddeveloping others.

At least 3 years offood and beverage managementexperience in luxury hotels is required, as well as a strong ability inEnglish andItalian language.


As aFood& BeverageManager, you will direct andorganizethe activities of theFood& Beverage departments to maintain thehigh standardsoffood and beveragequality,serviceandmarketingto maximize profits throughoutstanding customer service.


Plan and direct the functions of administration andplanningof theFood& Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.

Implement effective controls offood, beverage and labor costs.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.

Help ensurehigh standardsoffood and beveragequality,serviceandmarketingto maximize profits and ensureoutstanding customer service.

Interview, train, supervise, counselour,scheduleand evaluate staff.



Requisiti

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages.
  • Culinary or food service management degree may be advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of the food industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software.
  • Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to forecast food and beverage needs.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Great delegation skills.
