JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented fulltime FollowUp Specialist to join our team. You will follow up and respond to all sales leads and cultivate relationships with property owners to then collaborate with the Acquisitions Managers. You must be resultsoriented and build rapport with homeowners while taking an empathetic yet directive approach. This role involves juggling multiple priorities working multiple deals before the handoff point the most successful Follow Up Specialists are able to prioritize and communicate effectively with the Acquisitions Managers. LOCATION / AVAILABILITY

This position is located onsite at our Hilliard Ohio office. This is a 40 hour set schedule however may include a weekend day to ensure adequate coverage.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Followup & respond to all sales leads generated in our system to increase sales
  • Use the CRM daily to manage & update pipeline of prospects and potential sales leads in a timely manner
  • Build rapport with potential clients and help overcome objections to generate more sales
  • Act as lead contact for all sellers and communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
  • Schedule and conduct appointments & negotiate a win/win solution for both parties
  • Ability to quickly learn the real estate industry and the real estate specific systems / technologies
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have and maintain our current marketplace position
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved

  • Attend business meetings and trainings as required
  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have business and/or sales experience (with a proven track record)

  • Ability to perform intermediate tasks in the Google Docs and/or MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)

EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma and/or Associates degree
  • Previous call center experience in a sales environment is preferred
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
  • Selfmotivation and drive required
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
