- Assess the project financial affairs and ensure abiding with the financial and legal requirements.
- Develop and maintain financial information systems which identify the issues related to the project finance, budgeting, and accounting.
- Participate in reviewing the submitted financial proposals from the potential shortlisted international companies in cooperation with the consultant and all other concerned parties and make the necessary recommendations.
- Report at regular intervals on the financial state of affairs and progress made towards realization of the project objectives and finance.
