- Manage, coordinate, and participate in the development of the annual budget.
- Review revenue projections for each subsidiary and consolidated results.
- Review the revenue and expenditure variances relative to the adopted budget and prepare monthly combined management reports including recommendations for each subsidiary.
- Provide expert and professional assistance and support to management and staff on budget and other related matters.
- Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts and profitability.
