Financial Inclusion Assistant Manager

-Support in formulating FI products strategy ensuring the availability of a diversified product suite including accounts, cards, loans and money transfers with a key objective of acquiring new to bank customers and less cash transformation

-Engage with product and segment managers on the relevant FI products that is meeting the target segment needs

-Ensure a full suite of FI lending, payment products and digital services are available, addressing segment needs with simplified onboarding process at low cost

.-Work on value added benefits in terms of product bundling and customer incentives to increase customer’s base

-Full responsibility, launch and management of the bank’s agent model and third party agencies that support customer’s acquisitions

-Align with the product and segment managers to increase products and services usage, depth of financial services per customer (no. of products and services used per individual to exceed two per customer)
