- Oversee daily operations of the finance and Human Resource Department.
- Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts.
- Ensure timely and accurate summission of monthly reporting to all stake holders including but not limited to Corporate Office and Owners.
- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
- Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions, and manage contracts and renewals in an accurate and timely manner and in line with policy requirements.
- Ensure the timely and accurate submission of State Tax.
- Ensure that payroll is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all local, and national regulatory reporting requirements.
- Regularly review and spotcheck controls in all departments of business including Finance department.
- Direct and coordinate hotel financial planning and budget management functions.
- Direct financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements for all areas of operation.
- Is responsible for all insurance claims and legal matters.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department colleagues.
- To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by management.
