Financial Analyst I

AR Analyst/ AR UC Research Analyst Responsibilities:

The pay will be 22.50XX

* Conducts unapplied cash research by validating customer payment history
* Communicates effectively with customers (via email and phone) to achieve resolution of unapplied cash within service level agreement (SLA)
* Participation in discovery; and drive of the implementation of solutions to limit or prevent future creation of unapplied cash memos
* Build and maintain relationships with both external customers and internal teams
* Execute special projects as assigned by leadership

***Max pay rate XX22.50/hr***

* This position operates under a Hybrid work model 3 days per week at home; 2 days per week in office. (Subject to change) Initial Training may be held inoffice.
