• Achievement of personal new business origination targets.
  
• Solving any problems regarding finance files.
  
• Responsible for possessing all the company s products knowledge to be able to present them to customers.
  
• Responsible for presenting the company s products and make outdoor visits.
  
• Ensuring receiving all customer documents before entering the finance files to concerned departments for assessment.
  
• Responsible for keeping an excellent relationship with the company s customers.
  
• Responsible for solving any customer complaints.
  
• Responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with real estate brokers & developers and corporates in addition to growing new ones.
  
• Prepares regular reports of the target achievement to be presented to the team leader.
  
• Provides feedback to team leader regarding the generated leads.
  
• Responsible for recording company s leads on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  
• Responsible for recording Finance applications properly on Mortgage System.
  
• Responsible for reporting to direct manager any communication regarding finance cases with other departments which are involved in the process of booking finance files (Credit Legal Operations Finance) and afterbooking (Collection).
  

Requirements

• University graduate.
  
• 1 3 years of experience in sales (preferably in the Mortgage or Financial sector)
  
• Computer Skills: Excel Word & PowerPoint.
  
• Language Skills: English.
