Finance Supervisor

1. Commercial Finance Support:
   • Oversight of A&P budget for designated Business Partners (BPs).
   • Management of General Ledger (GL) entries related to A&P including expenditure accruals and claims utilizing A&P App.
   • Management of all A&P contracts across various channels and Business Units (BUs) under AA.
   • Preparation and interpretation of monthly A&P reports for assigned Brand Principals (BPs) and the Board of Directors (BoD).
   • Analysis of sales and value chain for key brands within designated BUs including evaluation of promotional schemes and validation of pricing.
   • Monitoring of commercial support for key Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) and maintenance of minimum selling price/Net Net Selling Value (NNSV) for SKUs.
   • Development of tools for monitoring brand performance creation of spreadsheet solutions and provision of insights on efficiencies and issues.
2. Corporate Finance Responsibilities:
   • Acting as a management accountant to support line managers in monitoring financial operations within designated BUs.
   • Direct management of the following:
     • Preparation of monthly management reports including consolidation reports for AA and BBC.
     • Budget preparation (topline) and dissemination to BUs collaborating with General Managers (GMs) to establish key finance figures for annual budgeting and forecasting.
     • Financial analysis of monthly reports.
3. System Monitoring: eAPP
   • Acting as the contact point for the eAPP developer.
   • Proposal of improvements to enhance system functionality.
4. Other Duties as Assigned by Line Manager/BoD.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Minimum 45 years of experience in business analysis or commercial roles.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience are essential.
• SAP experience is advantageous.
• Preference for candidates with experience in the FMCG sector and large firms.
