The Opportunity
We are seeking a Finance Manager for a fastgrowing private equityowned company with a presence across Germany.
The Role
- FP&A Accounting Tax HR.
- Working handinhand with CFO and COO.
- Commercial support of growth projects
- Interface to IT and HR functions for efficient KPI controlling
- Support and integration of M&A situations/ addon acquisitions
- Collaboration with accounting function
- Relevant exposure to PE shareholder
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience working with Private Equity Ownership / Big4
- Experience Leading a small team
- Being fluent in German and English is essential
