Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare analyze and present accurate financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and relevant regulations.
Budget Management:
- Collaborate in the development and management of organizational budgets.
- Monitor spending analyze variances and provide insightful reports.
Accounts Payable/Receivable:
- Process invoices manage payments and reconcile accounts.
- Oversee receivables ensuring timely collections and maintaining accurate records.
Tax Compliance:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Stay abreast of tax laws ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for optimization.
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct indepth financial analysis to support decisionmaking.
- Assist in financial forecasting planning and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
