- Attend of coordination and planning meetings with PAJ team and relevant KACE staff to ensure the common understanding of intended consultancy and plan for upcoming steps.
- Review KACE’s organizational documents such bylaws, mandate, strategy, stakeholders’ evaluation, current business model, financial management and procedures manual, and core business activities to get acquainted with their scope of work.
- Develop situational core business and financial evaluation as a means of providing a context for existing financing and funding tools to identify challenges to the financial sustainability of the center and its critical success factors.
- Review proposed disbursement and funds-flow arrangements as well as identify measures for addressing deficiencies.
- Identify transparent tools and mechanisms which can be used to address funding gaps relating to the services provided by KACE and recommend future financing and funding options to be pursued as part of the KACE approved service delivery structure for sustainment of the growth management process.
- Develop a short- and long-term financial sustainability plan with a new business model to improve KACE financial activities with relevance to new sources for more income generation.
- Assist in expanding income resources and look for opportunities in the market to diversify income and generate more revenues.
- Support in preparing a financing plan and financial projections such as the Long-Term Financial Forecast.
